I needed an indoor exercise bike to help prepare for a cross country bike ride next year. This spinning bike will go a long way to help me to that end when it is too cold or wet to ride outdoors. The bike [...] was easy to set up, it rides smoothly, relatively quietly, and looks great in the room.The only negative is that the handle bars do slightly rock. I will have to work out a shim . . not a major problem. And as many others have noted, the seat is hard. I replaced it right away.I have to note that I can't compare it to health club spinning bikes because I have never ridden one, but it is smooth and the fly wheel is heavy and true and does give a pretty accurate road feel. I am very happy with my purchase.

Footprint of the bike is small. Fits in front of the tv which helps distract me from the fact that I am excercising. The seat is uncomfortable but I will change it out as soon as possible.

Plan to use the spinning bike to build toward a cross country tour next Fall. I have been doing distance cycling and touring for years. Needed something to keep me in shape during the cold Michigan months. This bike should do the trick.

I use the bike to build and maintain stamina, which it does very well. I focus on heart rate training and low impact, indoor training, especially during the current heat wave. The bike is very stable; the seat is a racing style, which is hard; the fly-wheel is excellent and the bearings are smooth. One writer asked if the pedals allow coasting, or if they always turned when the flywheel turned. The cycle will not coast, but why would anyone want it to coast? On mine the front sprocket and the rear sprocket are not well aligned, so the chain is noisy and will wear unless the alignment is made. The manufacturer agreed that there was an alignment problem. And that was the last time I heard from them. I believe I can make the necessary adjustment. I would buy this product again, but the manufacturer needs to redesign the adjustment screws that are currently tack welded (not cool, and not precise), and increase quality control to prevent something as simple as sprocket alignment. Still, because it is so stable and smooth (and will soon be very quiet), that I would buy this cycle again despite these criticisms. Or I would have to commit to a much more expensive high end product, which I don't need. I'm confident that I will get a lot of use out of this cycle. I like that the cycle is fully kinetic, fully a physical machine, and gives a predictable workout. There are no phony bells and whistles.

This unit assebled quickly, has a smooth ride, and is quite as a mouse. The only drawback is the seat. It is a little uncomfortable, and takes some getting used to. Other than that, I would absolutely reccomend it to anyone!!!!

The bike is pretty large and very solid. It was very easy to assemble except for the seat. It works extremely well, is quiet and as difficult (or easy) as you would like. My only problem is that the seat is not very comfortable and its instruction and design for assembly are inferior to the rest of the bike. Overall though, it is a great workout machine and will probably last forever.

This is a great spinning bike for the money! [$]?? skip the gym membership!! It is a simple, spinning bike without all the bells and whistles of more expensive ones. I use this bike both for myself and for my clients in a personal training studio. I think it's fine for this type of frequency. I wouldn't recommend this to be used in a gym environment where it is used by many users several times a day but it's great for myself as a cycle instructor practicing my rides as well as my clients for 15 minutes at a time and for cardio intervals during a workout. A water bottle cage would be very helpful :-)

Using the product for spin sessions. Steady state and intervals. Product is more solid than I expected. Easy to put to together, comes with toe clips. I will change these out later for clipless pedals as they are superior and hold your feet in correct position. Did many sessions on top of range equipment in commerical gyms and these compare will. Is missing a bottle holder for your water.

I quit the gym after I saw this spin bike since that was the one piece of equipment I used most often at the gym. I was an avid outdoor bicyclist until last year when I developed an imbalance disorder, so I sold my outdoor road bike and went indoors. This is as stable and same sturdy quality as the ones I used in the gym. I am going to get my hubby on it to show him how different it is from the airdyne bike. I am so psyched about my purchase!! I was able to put it together in less then 15 Minutes. I recently had back surgery and am not able to run. Therefore, using my Sunny Health spin bike is the perfect tool for me! I was able to use it the first day and am looking forward to using it several times a week!

One of my friends is a serious cyclist and has a spin bike that cost at least $1,200. He came over and took a test spin. He said the he was impress!! That is a big deal, because Fernando does not impress easily.

I bought this bike for crosstraining(I'm a distance runner), we opted for a spin bike so all money went toward the actual construction- previous equipment purchases have shown that my husband and i never use the preset programs, so a stationary bike with a computer just seemed like a waste. This is a great bike for the price- very sturdy(no wobble, even at high rpm), quiet(able to hear the TV at regular volume), easy to use. I read alot of complaints about the seat, but a gel cover fixed that- I actually prefer the smaller/slimmer seat, as it doesnt get in the way of my legs moving like wider seats do. Others reviews noted that this wasnt for petite people, but at 5'1", i am able to comfortably use the bike with the seat on the lowest setting. this was also extremely quick to put together, less than an hour from start to finish- the toughest part was getting the box in the house, because it was awkward.
Definitely worth the investment!

Instructions need to be rewritten, preferably by a native English speaker. Overall it wasn't too bad, but . . . it was a bit quirky and the instructions were wrong on a few things. But the bike itself was easy to set up and adjust -- ignoring the instructions that listed different screws, etc. that were not included with the bike!

For the price it is hard to beat. The 40lb flywheel, handlebar and seat adjustments make it very comparable to the spin bikes at my gym. The feel and stability are about the same. I'm about 170-175 lbs, for my body weight, this exercise bike is stable and solid.

I bought this to improve my riding. I mountain bike on most weekends, and have been having a hard time keeping up. This would increase my time on the saddle during the week, so that I can be better prepared for my weekend rides.

Comfort is a relative term. A couch is very comfortable. Replace the pedals and the seat to make it even better. I already replaced the pedals with clipless pedals. I'll probably replace the seats with WTB Pure V. Also, as mentioned by other reviewers lubricate to decrease the noise. I used a few drops of Tri-Flow right in the pads where they make contact with the flywheel.

Opening the box and assembling took just a little over half an hour. Once outside the box it would probably take about 22 minutes.

I have a titanium rod and screws in my left femur, so I needed something that would be low impact but would also strengthen my left leg & tendons/ligaments. This bike is very nice looking, very sturdy & heavy duty. It is also easy to move from one location to another. All around very good purchase for me.

[...]. I put it together in about 20 minutes. Like most of the other reviews, the instructions we not much help. I was initially concerned due to a bent metal bracket on the front base but this turned out to be a temporary piece for the shipping. There are two of the temporary brackets, one on each of the bike bases that you need to take off and put on the permanent brackets. So you will have two extra screws for each brace since mine had screws in the ones you will mount on the bike that have adjustable pads on the bottom of them to help stabilize the bike so just make sure those are hand tight. Mine is currently in my garage where I set it up and I had to adjust them a little to help stabilize the bike a little better on the uneven floor. There is just a little play in the handle bars as previously mentioned but so far, not enough that I am going to do anything about it. I did purchase bike shorts from a local bike shop which makes a difference. I am considering a new seat as others have mentioned or a gel cover. The only thing I don't like is the straps on the pedals. I will most likely get new pedals and shoes. The guy at my local bike shop suggested mountain bike pedals and shoes since I have a mountain bike but I have to research that a little. If you get this bike now, you may want to check out your local bike shop as this is the end of the season so things like shorts and other items are on sale. I'm new to spin bikes and have never taken a class. I lasted 5 minutes the first time on it. I've added 5 minutes each time and made sure the resistance was comfortable and last night made it 20 minutes with a good sweat. I did not feel this bike would be good for physical therapy since I am a Physical Therapist and bikes for the general orthopedic population would be better suited with a recumbent bike. All things considered, I'm very pleased with the purchase thus far (5 days). I looked on [...] for used ones for few weeks and any priced under 300-500 bucks went quickly so, I got a brand new one for a better price. The only other thing I would suggest would be to look on [...] for spin bike alignment/set up videos which helped me.

To be used in a commercial setting. The bottom bracket is not as heavy duty as I would like. The brake cables are subject to failure if used in a very hard series of exercises. The seat has a slight wobble even when retaining screw is tight. This is from a weakness in the manufacturing as the adjustable seat post is slightly to small for the tube it slides into.

I love this bike. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do take the spin classes besides the other workouts. This bike is just as good as the bike at the gym. This is a heavy indoor bike, requires not so much space. Easy to setup and use.
The only significant cons is that it does not have a meter or display to see the distance, speed, time, maybe also cals.
All in all a good entry level bike, good value for the price.

I ordered this bike after seeing several positive reviews online.[...] It only took about 30 minutes to set up. I've used the bike several times now, and I have no issues with it. It's not a completely silent ride: there is some noise from the flywheel, but once my music is on it's not so loud that it's obnoxious. The bike itself is fairly sturdy (we have it set up on carpet, so that makes a difference) and the part seem to be good quality for what we paid.This isn't a gym-quality bike, but if you're buying this for your home gym it's an absolute steal! I gave this five stars for the quality as related to the price.

Very easy to setup... I was about to go to the gym when this bike showed up. I put it together got on and did my workout. Love it. It's just as nice as a gym bike. This is the best price I've found for good quality. I've been spinning for years and found the seat to be just as comfortable as most bikes. If you are doing alot of jumps, you aren't on the seat that much anyway.

Great bike! Good resistance adjustment to get an awesome workout. Good cross training and overall good machine. Was easy to set up and start workout. Seat only down fall but is any cycling bike comfortable, no. Have cushiony seat to use from now on. Makes it better, just have to get used to it. Happy cycling!

I use the bike as my spin class at home. Works great. Have already taken 4 rides. You will need to spray the brake pads with a little silicon spray, or you will have alot of high pitch noise when you crank it up. All the gyms do the same thing. Works great. I also changed out the pedals so I could cleat in.

I bought this bike because I have no time to go to the gym where I do spin class. I was so suprised at how well made the bike was and how easy to put together - no instructions necessary. I like the fact that I can get a great work out any time and on my schedule...which can be a bit hectic. I can watch the news and get my exercise. If the weather is bad outside...no problem...rain or shine all that is needed is for me to get on the bike and pedal!

Overall I like the bike. I got it to start getting back in shape. The bike seemed like a natural way to get cardio but also a good work out as I progressed in my exercise regime. The seat hurts my buttocks but I think as it gets use to the seat it will hurt less. I did add a soft seat so will see how that does over time. Overall a great basic bike for someone looking to start exercising again. I wish it had a water bottle attachment but I will just drill some holes and add one.

This spin bike is impressive right out of the box. It has a very nice, sleek design and is very easy to set up. It took me around thirty minutes. I was really pleased to defy the phrase you get what you pay for. I thought to myself when I first ordered this bike, if I do not like it, I can always return it. I mean really, what kind of spin bike could you get for [$]. The price is user friendly for everyones wallet. I love this bike! I can use it in the privacy of my own home and watch TV at he same time. The seat is a little stiff so be prepared to either by a gel cushion or a nice pair of padded bike shorts. Once you increase your stamina and cardio, you will hardly be sitting on the seat anyway. The tension nob is very easy to turn as well as to access. There is a lever to stop the front wheel whenever you want. Before I purchased this bike, I looked on [...] bike stores. New ones were in the area of 1200.00. Used ones were around 450-550. I spin 3-4 times a week 30-40 min. It is quiet and a smooth ride. Adjusting the seat and handle bars are a bit difficult but once you set it you are good to go! Excellent for the money! Easy to put together but heavy to move the box around.

I read a number of reviews for this product and provider prior to ordering the spin cycle. I would say that the prior reviews were spot on! [...]. It took me approximately 40 minutes to put the cycle together. The only question I had (which I quickly figured out) was the metal blocks on the legs, which were there for shipping purposes only, but wasn't evident to me initially. Once I got past that, I had no problem with assembly. I've used the cycle daily since receipt and totally love it. I have had many spin classes at various gyms (I travel a lot) and this cycle is just as good as the ones I've used in class. No stability issues for me. Also, I find the fit perfect, with all the adjustments necessary to get a good ride. I'm 5'9", female and about 150lbs and have no issues with this cycle. I can really make it fly. Get ready to sweat...you might want to order a pad to put underneath just for this reason. Cycle is stable and quiet without it, so not necessary otherwise. I think this is a great buy for the price! I did purchase a gel seat cover, but didn't really need it...I just like the extra comfort.

The bike is well built , it's hard to believe the price. The only thing the bike lacks is a better seat, clipless pedals and a water bottle holder. Bike is a bit noisy but seems to be the same sounds I hear on Gym Spin bikes, just more noticeable at home. Box came a little roughed up but no damage and the bike is easy to set up.

Installation was quick and easy. First test was for an hour as I watched Wimbledon. The ride was smooth and works just as the expensive models in my gym. The seat was not too comfortable so I attached a padded seat on it. It worked fine. However it is not for anyone under five feet as the seat setting at one is not as low as the other models. Hope the machine lasts and does not make too much noise after using for sometime. So far I love it and what a deal.

I use this bike for an at-home spinning class, it's great! I normally do spin at my gym, but I have a new baby at home so it's not so easy to get out. This bike is the perfect solution! Easy to set up - I did it by myself and it took about 40 minutes. The seat is a little harder than I prefer, but resolved that by purchasing a seat cover (I usually find the spin bikes at my gym to be harder too). Easy to adjust the settings, and it's a really nice looking bike! The price can't be beat!

The bike isn't quite as good as the spinners at my gym. The best way I can describe this is that when you stop pedalling, the wheel stops immediately rather than continuing with its own momentum. But overall, it's a great deal for the price, and I'm very happy with the purchase.
